ARM: kirkwood: enable HIGHMEM in defconfig

The Kirkwood-based OpenBlocks A7 platform has 1 GB of memory. To make
use of this memory completely, enabling HIGHMEM is needed, so we
enable it by default in the kirkwood_defconfig.
